Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow or chocolate cake mix
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to the temperature specified on the cake mix package.
  2. Combine the cake mix and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. In a saucepan, mix water and cake mix, then cook until smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Spread the cooked mixture evenly over the cake base in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped pecans evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and marshmallows are melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
