Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 1 can fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces fat free Cool Whip
  • 24 vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Mix the vanilla, cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and Cool Whip well until smooth.
  2. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  3. Fill each cupcake liner with the cheese mixture, about 3/4 full.
  4. Top each with pie filling.
  5. Chill the cheesecakes in the refrigerator before serving.
