Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup drippings (turkey or chicken)
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups of water or broth, then add to drippings.
  2. Stir well while heating to a boil.
  3. Mix the remaining water with the flour to create a slurry.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the boiling gravy, stirring until it thickens.
