Ingredients

  • 8 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3 cups warm water
  • 1 large cake yeast

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
  2. Add oil, salt, and sugar to the yeast mixture.
  3. Put the flour into the mixture and knead well.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  5. Shape the dough into buns.
  6. Let the buns rise until doubled in size again.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
