Ingredients

  • ground meat
  • onions
  • butter or margarine
  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. On a foil square, place a pat of butter, meat patty and slices of onion, potato and carrot.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fold over foil and seal.
  4. Place on charcoal grill or open fire for half an hour, turning after first 15 minutes.
  5. Cooking time depends on heat of fire.
  6. Make one packet per person.
