Quick and indulgent pan s'mores with melty chocolate and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and sharing with friends around the campfire or at home.

Ingredients

  • 30 graham cracker squares
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate bits
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 can ready-to-spread vanilla frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with 15 graham cracker squares, breaking some if necessary to cover the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate bits evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes or until the chocolate begins to melt.
  5. Remove from oven and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the graham crackers.
