Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a large pot and drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped cabbage cut into small pieces to the pot.
  3. Add chopped large onion, canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, and drained red kidney beans.
  4. Pour in water to achieve desired soup thickness.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and soy or Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  6. Add beef bouillon cubes to the soup.
  7. Simmer the soup uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
