Easy Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 pkg. Lipton garlic and herb mix
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 lb. potatoes, cut into bite size chunks
  • 1/4 c. canola oil

Instructions

  1. Combine soup mixes, cheese, potatoes and oil.
  2. (The oil may be substituted with Pam. Spray Pam on casserole dish and on potato mixture.)
  3. Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
