  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 gal. water
  • beans

Instructions

  1. Cook beans until done and cool.
  2. Pack the cooked beans into jars.
  3. Stir together salt, vinegar, and water until the salt dissolves.
  4. Fill each jar with the vinegar mixture.
  5. Process the jars in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
