Ingredients

  • 1 pound small new potatoes with skin
  • 2 green onions
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil the small new potatoes until tender, then cool and slice with the skin on.
  2. Cut green onions into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, blend the sliced potatoes and green onions with Hidden Valley Ranch dressing until well coated.
