Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 (4 serving) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream sherry wine
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; blend well with an electric mixer at medium speed.
  2. Beat for 4 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 55 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
  5. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
