Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Grate Cheddar cheese.
  2. Brown ground beef and drain off fat.
  3. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch together.
  4. Stir in the grated cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°F.
