Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons raspberry Jell-O
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 quart raspberries

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, raspberry Jell-O, and cornstarch in a pan.
  2. Add boiling water and return to heat, bringing mixture to a rolling boil for 1 minute. Cool the mixture.
  3. Pour the cooled mixture over fresh raspberries.
  4. Mix gently and pour into pie crusts.
  5. Chill all day.
  6. Top with Cool Whip before serving.
