Ingredients

  • 30 oz. can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 14 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 small jar cherries, drained and sliced
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can peach pie filling
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • pinch of curry
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained fruit cocktail, pineapple tidbits, sliced cherries, drained mandarin oranges, peach pie filling, and sliced bananas.
  3. Melt the margarine and mix in the brown sugar and a pinch of curry.
  4. Pour the margarine mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and slightly bubbly.
