Ingredients

  • 2 cups warm water (105~ to 115~)
  • 2 packages dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 1/2 to 7 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Measure water and yeast into a bowl; stir to dissolve.
  2. Stir in sugar, salt, oil, and eggs.
  3. Mix until dough is soft.
  4. Do not knead.
  5. Cover with a damp cloth; place in refrigerator.
  6. Let it set for at least 2 hours.
  7. About 1 to 1 1/2 hours before baking, shape into rolls.
  8. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
  9. Bake at 400° until done.
  10. Keep the dough in the fridge for about 5 days, keeping the cloth damp.
