Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (1 lb) can flaked salmon

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and dry mustard; mix well.
  3. Stir in bread crumbs until butter mixture is absorbed.
  4. Add milk, eggs, and liquid from the salmon; mix thoroughly.
  5. Gently fold in the drained salmon.
  6. Pour mixture into a well-greased 2-quart baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until firm and brown.
