- Arrange sliced onions in the bottom of a greased 12-inch pan.
- Place salmon fillets on top of the onions.
- Combine chopped mushrooms, green pepper, parsley, and chopped pimento, then spread over the top of the fish.

- Sprinkle with salt, dill weed, and pepper.
