Ingredients

  • 4 Anaheim chile peppers
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Dice the roasted Anaheim chile peppers after peeling and removing stems and seeds.
  2. Combine the diced chilies, whole tomatoes, diced garlic, salt, and oregano in a blender.
  3. Blend on low speed until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate before serving.
