Ingredients

  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • nuts, ground or coconut, flaked

Instructions

  1. In microwave, melt chocolate on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until almost melted. Stir after each minute.
  2. Remove from microwave and stir until completely melted.
  3. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  4. Gradually add confectioners sugar and beat well.
  5. Add melted chocolate and vanilla, then blend thoroughly.
  6. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  7. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  8. Roll into nuts or coconut.
  9. Store in refrigerator.
