Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
  • 10 oz. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of asparagus soup
  • 9 1/4 oz. can tuna in water, drained
  • 16 oz. can whole potatoes, drained and cut into quarters
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Prepare pie crust mix as directed on the package for a one-crust pie.
  3. Shape the pastry into a flattened square on a lightly floured cloth-covered surface.
  4. Roll the pastry into an 8-inch square.
  5. Cut small slits in the pastry.
  6. Mix the thawed mixed vegetables, cream of celery soup, cream of asparagus soup, drained tuna, drained potatoes, and chopped onion.
  7. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch square baking dish.
  8. Cover with the prepared pastry.
  9. Bake for about 35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
