- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, shiny side up, and grease it lightly.
- Arrange three pecan halves in a Y-shape on the prepared foil for each candy.
- Place one caramel candy in the center of each pecan Y.
- Bake just until the caramel melts, about 9 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before handling.
