Easy Veggie Chili
Ingredients
- 2 large cans diced tomatoes ⓘ
- 1 can pinto beans ⓘ
- 1 can kidney beans ⓘ
- 1 large zucchini cut into bite-sized pieces ⓘ
- 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks ⓘ
- 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks ⓘ
- 3 jalapeno peppers seeds and meat removed chopped ⓘ
- 1 package of sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 5 cloves of garlic minced ⓘ
- 2 tsp hot chili powder ⓘ
- 1 tbsp of garlic powder ⓘ
- 1 tsp garlic salt ⓘ
- salt to taste ⓘ
- 1 tsp black pepper ⓘ
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes ⓘ
- 1 tsp ground cumin ⓘ
- 1 tsp steakhouse seasoning ⓘ
Instructions
- in a large preheated pot combine onions, garlic and beef.
- when beef is browned add all other veggies and bottle of beer
- after simmering a few minutes add cans of kidney and pinto beans (drained and rinsed), tomatoes and all spices
- simmer for 2-3 hours and serve!
