Ingredients

  • 2 large cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 large zucchini cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 3 jalapeno peppers seeds and meat removed chopped
  • 1 package of sliced mushrooms
  • 5 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tsp hot chili powder
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp steakhouse seasoning

Instructions

  1. in a large preheated pot combine onions, garlic and beef.
  2. when beef is browned add all other veggies and bottle of beer
  3. after simmering a few minutes add cans of kidney and pinto beans (drained and rinsed), tomatoes and all spices
  4. simmer for 2-3 hours and serve!
