Easy Yeast Balls

Instructions
- Mix together the yeast and lukewarm water and set aside.
- Combine self-rising flour, sugar, melted margarine, and egg, then mix in the yeast and water mixture.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
- Keep in a sealed bowl in the refrigerator; best used within 4 days but can last about a week.
- When ready to bake, grease muffin tins and spoon the mixture into each about 3/4 full.
- Bake at 425°F until done or a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
