Ingredients

  • 1 c. Edam cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. celery, finely diced
  • 1/8 tsp. powdered mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. light cream
  • parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded Edam cheese, finely diced celery, powdered mustard, and light cream.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Form the cheese mixture into about 16 small balls and roll each in finely chopped parsley.
  4. Chill the cheese balls for several hours to set.
  5. Serve the cheese balls with crackers.
