Instructions
- Sift together into bowl the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa and dry milk.
- Add all at once the oil, water, eggs and vanilla.
- Mix until well blended.
- Beat hard for 1 minute.
- Stir in chopped nuts.
- Spread batter in greased 8 x 12-inch pan.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until cake pulls from sides of pan.
- Do not overbake.
