- Cook the sliced yellow squash in salted water until tender.
- Drain the squash well and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, mayonnaise, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

- Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
