Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 can Ranch Style beans, drained
  • 1 can Spanish rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • green olives
  • black olives
  • cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Dice the medium onion and add it to the ground beef.
  2. Brown the ground beef and onion mixture, then drain excess fat.
  3. Drain the Ranch Style beans and add them to the beef mixture.
  4. Add the Spanish rice to the mixture.
  5. Slice the green and black olives in half and arrange them on top of the casserole.
  6. Tear or cut cheese slices into strips and arrange them on top of the casserole.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven until the cheese is melted.
