Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 c. croutons (cheese)

Instructions

  1. In a greased baking dish, place the croutons.
  2. Mix the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, onion powder, and pepper together.
  3. Pour the egg mixture on top of the croutons.
  4. Place crumbled bacon on top.
  5. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
