Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded jack cheese, milk, flour, cottage cheese, lightly beaten eggs, and half of the melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Spread the remaining half of the melted butter evenly in a 12 x 7-inch baking dish.
  3. Pour the cheese and egg mixture into the prepared dish.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
  5. Serve hot, yielding approximately 12 to 15 servings.
