Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon onion juice (optional)
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • parsley flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise and grated eggs and set aside.
  2. Mix gelatin and cold water and let soften.
  3. Stir the gelatin mixture and add hot water.
  4. Add lemon juice, onion juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and parsley flakes.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Add the gelatin mixture to the egg mixture.
  7. Pour into a ring mold and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
