Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Sift flour, sugar, and salt into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Add milk to oil; whip with a fork in a cup.
  3. Pour the milk and oil mixture into the flour mixture; blend with a fork.
  4. Press evenly with fingers to line the bottom of the pan. Prick with a fork.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
