Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 2/3 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs, then add the flour and salt.
  2. Mix until the batter is thick.
  3. Slowly add the milk, mixing well to avoid lumps.
  4. Add the melted butter to the batter.
  5. Melt shortening in an electric frying pan.
  6. Pour 3/4 cup of batter to cover the bottom of the pan.
  7. Cook until the bottom is golden, then cut into 4 pieces and turn.
  8. Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, blueberry syrup, or your favorite toppings.
