Egg Platski are thin, versatile pancakes that are quick to make and perfect for breakfast or snacks. Filled with jam or rolled plain, they suit all ages.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add sugar and flour and beat until all lumps disappear.
  3. Add milk and continue to mix until the batter is thin.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a hot griddle.
  5. Spread batter thinly into the pan.
  6. Cook quickly until lightly browned.
  7. Flip and cook on the other side.
  8. Spread with jam or leave plain and roll up.
