Ingredients

  • 10 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese (2 c.)
  • 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. softened butter
  • 1 c. salsa, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan (sprayed with Pam).
  2. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
