Egg Puffs are savory bite-sized snacks combining chopped hard-boiled eggs and ham, seasoned with Cajun spices, baked in bread cups for a flavorful appetizer or snack.

Instructions
- Boil eggs and let them cool.
- Remove shells and rinse the eggs.
- Chop the eggs finely and place in a small bowl.
- Add deviled ham, mayonnaise, and Cajun seasoning to the chopped eggs.
- Mix well and set aside.
- Remove crusts from bread slices and cut each slice into halves.
- Spread 1/4 teaspoon of softened butter on each bread half.
- Place each bread half into a separate cup of a mini-muffin pan, conforming to the cup shape.
- Fill each bread cup with one tablespoon of the egg and ham mixture.
- Garnish each with paprika.
- Broil about 5 to 6 inches from heat until bread is toasted and filling is heated, about 3 minutes.
