- Peel the cooled boiled eggs and mash them in a bowl.
- Add the mustard, ground black pepper, cider vinegar, pickle relish or olives, salt, and Miracle Whip to the mashed eggs.
- Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined to form the egg salad mixture.
- Cut slices of white or wheat bread, removing the crusts if desired.
