Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/3 tsp white pepper
  • 2 cartons egg substitute (2 egg size each)
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • few dashes angostura bitters

Instructions

  1. Remove yolks from the hard-boiled eggs and discard them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine egg substitute, mayonnaise, mustard, white pepper, and a few dashes of angostura bitters.
  3. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  4. Spoon or pipe the mixture into the egg white halves.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
