- Sprinkle drained green chilies and shredded cheese evenly in the bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine biscuit baking mix, light cream, eggs, and salt; beat until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Pour the batter over the chili and cheese layer in the pan.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Garnish with sliced pimiento-stuffed olives before serving.
