Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked and drained sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, thinned
  • 1/2 lb Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, drained
  • 8 eggs, hard-boiled

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dish a day before serving.
  2. Combine cooked and drained sausage, thinned cream of mushroom soup, cubed Cheddar cheese, and drained button mushrooms in a bowl.
  3. Lay the hard-boiled eggs in a baking dish and surround or cover with the sausage mixture.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour until heated through and bubbly.
