Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 4 oz. drained water packed white tuna
  • 4 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 4 tsp. minced lemon zest
  • 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayo
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs, slice them lengthwise, and discard the yolks.
  2. Mix the drained white tuna until finely flaked, then add chopped parsley, lemon zest, reduced-calorie mayo, and black pepper.
  3. Stir the mixture well and fill each egg half with about 2 teaspoons of the tuna mixture.
  4. Cover the filled eggs with plastic wrap and chill before serving.
