Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • oil
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 can vegeburger (optional)
  • garlic powder
  • water

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped onion, carrots, and diced celery in a small amount of oil.
  2. Add the shredded cabbage, vegeburger (if using), and garlic powder to the sautéed vegetables.
  3. Add water as needed to prevent sticking and cook until flavors meld.
  4. Set aside and let it sit for at least an hour or prepare the night before.
