Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gradually add softened gelatin and eggnog to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  4. Refrigerate until the mixture is slightly thickened.
  5. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the chilled mixture.
  7. Pour the filling into a prepared graham cracker crust.
  8. Refrigerate until the cheesecake is firm.
  9. Garnish with whipped cream and grated nutmeg before serving.
