Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 oz. grated cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan.
  2. Stir in 3 tablespoons of flour.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of milk and cook until smooth.
  4. Add grated cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Break 6 eggs into a small Pyrex dish with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  6. Pour the cheese sauce over the eggs.
  7. Bake at 350°F until egg yellows are done and the top is brown.
