Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 to 10 link sausages
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 9 x 9-inch square pan.
  2. Sprinkle half of the grated Cheddar cheese evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Break the eggs into the pan; pierce each yolk with a fork and swirl to mix.
  4. Lay cooked and drained sausage links over the eggs.
  5. Pour whipping cream over all and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until set and golden.
