Ingredients

  • 1 lb. diced ham
  • 2 c. croutons
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Put croutons and diced ham into a greased casserole dish.
  2. Blend the eggs, milk, shredded Cheddar cheese, salt, and dry mustard until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over the croutons and ham in the casserole dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes until set and golden.
