Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. Ranch-style salad dressing mix
  • 2 cans pinto beans
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a large skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onion, taco seasoning mix, and Ranch-style salad dressing mix; stir well to combine.
  3. In a large pot, put pinto beans, canned tomatoes, kidney beans, and corn.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the cooked hamburger mixture to the pot.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
