Instructions
- Flour chicken and brown in oil at 250°.
- Drain chicken and pour off oil.
- In a bowl, mix small amount of water with 2 tablespoons of flour, then add rest of ingredients; mix well. Return chicken to skillet and pour liquid mixture over chicken. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice or noodles and green vegetable.
