Tips & Substitutions

For a smoother fudge, ensure the sugar completely dissolves before boiling. If you don't have walnuts, pecans or almonds make great substitutes. Consider using dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor or even adding a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick. Remember, the boiling temperature is crucial; use a candy thermometer for accuracy.

Serving Suggestions

Cut into squares and serve as a delightful treat at gatherings or as a homemade gift. This fudge pairs beautifully with Snowy Ice Cream for a special dessert. You can also serve it alongside coffee or hot chocolate for a comforting snack during chilly evenings.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If you prefer a firmer texture, refrigerate it. To reheat, cut the fudge into squares and microwave for a few seconds until slightly soft, then enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
