Ingredients

  • 4 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 jumbo raw shrimp, diced
  • 3 large mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Romano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti 10 minutes.
  2. Stir.
  3. Drain.
  4. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
  5. In a vegetable pot, heat butter, garlic clove (minced), garlic powder, shrimp and mushrooms.
  6. Cook slowly in butter for 5 minutes.
  7. Add spaghetti.
  8. Sprinkle Romano cheese, salt, pepper and m.s.g.
  9. Stir until hot without browning butter. Serve with fresh cheese on top.
