Instructions
- Pierce the steak with a fork or pound it with a meat hammer to tenderize.
- Spread soft butter on both sides of the steak and cover it thoroughly.
- Roll the steak in flour until well coated.
- Spread the chopped onions about 1 inch thick on top of the steak.
- Place the steak in a large pan with a lid or cover it with foil.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1½ to 2 hours until tender.
